Found a white Persian cat with blue eyes wandering near the parking area of Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati last Tuesday evening. The cat is wearing a pink collar with a small bell but no ID tag. Very friendly and well-groomed, obviously a loved pet. Currently in our care. Owner please claim with proof of ownership.
